Mindless Monday Sound Meditations: Get out of your head and into your body…Drop into a free restorative sound bath next to the creek at Hayden Cabin.

You will be guided into a blissful sound immersion on the grass with alchemy crystal bowls, a variety of instruments and soothing sounds from nature.
