Nature Yoga is back by popular demand, with Senior Trail Ambassador Jean Redle!

This summer it will take place Fridays at 8:30 am at the South side of Rock Creek Lake near the Campground. This is a unique program that teaches about the Natural History of the Sierra Nevada while you practice yoga in a beautiful setting. Wear layers and bring a mat.
