Suzanne was an incredible find. While our family was in Mammoth often, we were generally unfamiliar with the town, and that’s where Suzanne was awesome. From sending us listings to walking us through the pros and cons of each part of town, she was our only connection to the market in Mammoth, since we live out of town. Suzanne was incredibly patient as we worked our way through the process of finding our home. We toured many condos and often rented units to “test-drive” them. Suzanne was instrumental in setting that up.
When it came time to make offers, she was great. Suzanne gave us a price that was under the asking price but that she felt was fair. While it’s always a little unnerving to have your initial offer accepted, it showed that Suzanne knew what the magic number was.
The timing of our deal was difficult and there were many moving parts to it. Suzanne communicated consistently with the sellers’ agent and made sure that we didn’t lose our property, even when the escrow period needed to be lengthened. Throughout escrow, Suzanne acted as our proxy — going through walkthroughs, sending photos, and making us aware of anything we needed to look out for. I always felt she had our best interest in mind.
I can’t recommend Suzanne enough. Her low-key, non-aggressive style suited us perfectly. That said, we got everything we needed deal-wise, so she’s no pushover. At the end of the day, we not only ended up with a beautiful home, but we also gained a good friend — you can’t ask for more than that.
