It was a delight to work with Suzanne Baker in purchasing our condo in Mammoth Lakes, CA. We contacted her online and she promptly called us to set up some properties to consider. After our first bid was out-bid, she went to work and found us an even better property. Our bid was accepted and we now own the condo. She was right on with the negotiation in pricing, and we feel we got an exceptional buy. During the short escrow (less than one month), Suzanne did an outstanding job in keeping us informed. We completed the entire escrow online, since we live 350 miles away. We would definitely ask Suzanne to assist us again in purchasing a new property.
