Suzanne helped us purchase our Snowcreek townhouse. I think our deal would have fallen through if we had been working with another agent. While willing to show us anything we asked to see ( and we requested to see a lot of houses, foreclosures and condos in Mammoth and Crowley Lake) she quickly got a sense of what we really would like and she was “spot on” in picking the places that were good fits and never suggested we see properties that were a waste of our time. She also knows the hidden problems with certain complexes or neighborhoods. If she doesn’t know the answer to a question she takes the initiative to find out and get back to you quickly. She also has a good idea of what places should sell for and, I think, would be equally effective in representing the sellers’ interests as she was for us as buyers.
