This was a very difficult time in my life and during the time the property was in escrow, I had to go into the hospital for emergency surgery. Suzanne was professional and yet personable during this whole situation, and she demonstrated the perfect mixed of professionalism and personal concern for my situation.

I guess the best recommendation I could make is that I recently asked Suzanne if she could help me get my buildable lot in Nevada sold, but she was not able to do it because she is not working in Nevada right now.

I think a good real estate agent includes one who takes on situations others do not want – that was Suzanne! I believe what my situation was would be considered a nightmare to all involved, Suzanne handled it to the end, good to her word and got it sold! Home buying and selling is a very emotional situation, Suzanne made it smooth because she was easy to talk to and I voiced my concerns to her, she became a friend who cared and made it much easier to handle.
