Suzanne helped us purchase our Snowcreek townhouse. I think our deal would have fallen through if we had been working with another agent. While willing to show us anything we asked to see ( and we requested to see a lot of houses, foreclosures and condos in Mammoth and Crowley Lake) she quickly got a sense of what we really would like and she was “spot on” in picking the places that were good fits and never suggested we see properties that were a waste of our time. Suzanne does whatever it takes to keep her customers happy, even showing our property to potential renters (on her own time and for free) and coming over with a product to repair scratches in the woodwork and helping to do the polishing! Suzanne knows “who is who” in Mammoth and can facilitate the conversations and fact-finding that make transactions go more smoothly. She also knows the hidden problems with certain complexes or neighborhoods. If she doesn’t know the answer to a question she takes the initiative to find out and get back to you quickly. She also has a good idea of what places should sell for and, I think, would be equally effective in representing the sellers’ interests as she was for us as buyers. Since you are likely to spend a lot of time working with your realtor why not pick someone knowledgable, hardworking, ethical, detail-oriented, pleasant and fun? If these qualities are important to you, you can’t go wrong with Suzanne!

It was a delight to work with Suzanne Baker in purchasing our condo in Mammoth Lakes, CA. We contacted her online and she promptly called us to set up some properties to consider. After our first bid was out-bid, she went to work and found us an even better property. Our bid was accepted and we now own the condo. She was right on with the negotiation in pricing, and we feel we got an exceptional buy. During the short escrow (less than one month), Suzanne did an outstanding job in keeping us informed. The entire process of buying a home and property was a great experience! Suzanne was highly professional, efficient and personable. The property we purchased was far from her regular service area, but she was always on time, and she accommodated our schedule, which meant for her, driving long distances very early in the morning. I don’t know if it is a record, but from the date we made an offer and took possession of the property (all inspections, title, etc), it was about two weeks.
