I contracted Suzanne after we had been with an agent for a year with no offers after we had heard from friends that she had them in escrow on a sale in three months. She also had our house sale in escrow in three months. Unfortunately, the sale fell through after the buyer reneged. Suzanne went back to work, although the winter months produced very few prospective buyers. As soon as the spring turned, she had an offer to us in May, which closed in June. Suzanne is dedicated and knowledgeable about her profession and about the local real estate and sales. She was always available to answer questions and explain processes. High winds knocked down several signs over her contract period and she was always out afterward repairing and replacing signs. Her honesty and integrity place her as someone who can be trusted and depended upon. I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying property.

She was very knowledgeable about the location of our cabin and worked with us efficiently considering the distance we had moved (to Colorado). She was extremely helpful in getting the paperwork to us after the sale was made and this involved a lot of computer signing and some mailing. She was personable when we visited with her at the cabin and helped us tremendously to set up our rustic cabin for “showing”. We would highly recommend her.
